Coach & Bus Weekly Editorial - Repairs & Refurbishment Industry Guide Feature:

Paul Clark Services Ltd

Paul Clark Services continues to be the preferred choice for quality engineering support services to the Bus and Coach Industry, manufacturers and the NHS Ambulance Service Trusts, including specialist engineering services covering engine overhauls, repairs and many fixed price repairs for most modern bus chassis applications presently being operated in the UK.  The type and complexity of the work PCS is now able to undertake means that it gives our customers complete flexibility in how these services are used to best effect for their own operation.

The business continues to invest in customer services and quality systems, and has now been ISO9001 certified since March this year, with further business improvements, including on-line Customer Questionnaires accessible through our website www.paulclarkservices.co.uk, and is available now.  Customer feedback is vital and helps continue to drive the business in the right direction.  PCS also continues to invest in new Engineering Service Support vans, specialist equipment and is planning to relocate to bigger premises in the New Year, which will also include a fully functional commercial and bus workshop facility, and plans to gain IRTEC workshop accreditation further strengthening the focus on quality.

Training has always played a significant part in the success of PCS, such as working with ADL/BAE systems training engineers to support hybrid technology vehicles.  Over the next two years there are plans for the engineers to gain IRTEC accreditation firstly focusing on Service Maintenance Technician and Inspection Technician levels, with further plans to develop key engineers to Advanced and Master Technician.  This is a major investment in training and will help ensure that the customer is provided with the highest level of services the business is able to provide.

Paul Clark Services remains number one for Engineering Support to the Bus and Coach Industry.
