Management restructure - PCS
Paul Clark Services (PCS) has recently appointed Mike Britten as Service Delivery Manager, further strengthening the management team. Mike brings with him a wealth of bus industry experience and knowledge following a long career in senior management positions.
More recently Mike has been undertaking short term specialist contracts, including working with Arriva in Scotland, including the hand over to McGills buses and working in Malta with Arriva's new business venture, finally working for a short term period in comparable role within the same field of providing technical support to the bus industry.
Mike will be based at PCS's head office in Swindon, and will be taking primary responsibility for business delivery, including quality and customer care, and a number of high profile business ventures and projects. PCS is now celebrating its 15th year providing engineering support to the Bus and Coach Industry. The Wiltshire based company has an increasing customer base, including National Express, Arriva, Go-Ahead, First and Stagecoach, whilst also providing continuing support to ADL, Optare, Wrightbus, BAE and ZF.
Mike said "PCS is a great business, but like many industries it faces new challenges! The business continues to invest heavily in staff, equipment and technology, allowing Paul Clark Services to remain the preferred choice for many of the UK's largest operators and manufacturers".
